Return requests
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible workspace accessories. Customers have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
This commercial return policy does not limit any statutory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights that may apply, including the 14-day right to cancel for eligible distance purchases in the United Kingdom or European Union.
To request a return, contact support@e-bookingstore.com with the order number, the item concerned and the reason for the request. Support will provide the return instructions and the authorized return processing address linked to E-BOOKING LTD.
Condition
Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all included accessories where applicable. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from support.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law provides otherwise. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact support with photos and the order number so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed after the returned item has been received and checked, or after valid proof of return shipment has been provided where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
