Order processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared after payment confirmation. Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an order requires clarification before dispatch, support will contact the customer using the email provided at checkout.

Delivery options and estimates

Available shipping methods, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown during Shopify checkout before payment is completed.

Typical delivery estimates for available destinations are 3 to 7 business days within the United Kingdom, 5 to 12 business days within Europe where shipping is offered, and 7 to 15 business days for other available international routes, unless checkout shows a different estimate for the selected address and service.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information is shared by email after dispatch. If a carrier or destination has a delivery issue, support will review the order with the customer and the carrier where applicable.

Delivery availability

If checkout does not offer a shipping method for a destination, E-BOOKING LTD cannot accept that order for delivery to that destination.
